Targets that learn from reality

Confidence is earned over time.

A calorie target should not pretend to be perfect on day one. Long Road Fitness shows how much history supports the target and improves that context as you consistently log.

Growing confidence

Consistent logs add real context.

Food logs and weight history show how your body is responding. More consistent history gives your coach a stronger basis for evaluating the target.

Nutrition FAQ

Clear answers before you log.

Food data can be messy. The product should make its source, serving behavior, and fallback options understandable.

01What happens if a barcode is not found?

You can add the food manually using the values on its label. When the missing food follows a barcode scan, Long Road Fitness can retain that barcode with the submission so the product can be easier to find after approval.

02Can I add a food that is missing from search?

Yes. Use Not Listed to enter the food name, calories, protein, carbs, fat, serving information, and optional brand details. You can log it immediately while the submission enters the review process.

03Can I edit or remove something I already logged?

Yes. Open an entry in the daily food log to edit its amount or remove it. Adjusting the amount rescales the saved calories and macros from the original logged values.

04How do serving sizes work?

Available controls depend on the food data. You can use whole servings, fractions, and supported units, and the displayed calories and macros recalculate before you add the food.

05Why might my calorie target change?

Consistent food and weight history gives Long Road Fitness better context for evaluating how your body is responding. When the available history supports an update, the change is explained rather than silently presented as a new number.

06Are AI-estimated foods identified?

Yes. An estimated food is labeled as an AI estimate, includes a confidence level, and warns that it is not a verified product and that its numbers may be inaccurate.
